Wine or Beer - we ask you donate the appropriate amount of wine & beer.  Complimentary samples should be provided throughout the event.  Vendors are not allowed to pack up/leave early.

Staff - it is recommended that you staff your booth for maximum coverage and networking opportunities.  A staff member should be at the booth at all times and per ABC regulation must pour 2 oz. samples.

Branding - we hope that you take this opportunity to gain as much exposure for your brand.  A banner with your logo as well as a branded pop up tent is a must.  Feel free to hand out marketing materials including marketing materials and merchandise.

Materials - please make sure you plan on bring all material needed including jockey box, tubs, CO2, ice, etc.

Setup - setup is scheduled to start at 8 a.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2018.  You will be able to pull in your vehicle close to your booth space but must remain inside the event until the end.  You will be given a 10ft x 10ft area along with a 6 foot table and 2 folding chairs.  

Tickets - you will be given 2 passes for staff at your booth.  Please contact us for additional tickets for additional employees and guests.

Security- security will be provided to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
